Who is Magda.mys?
Q: What do you like and dislike about social media the most?
I like the way that social media brings people together and brings more awareness about certain topics that we would not have known about without it! In terms for my self personally, I also enjoy the way that social media brings out my creativity and helps me discover new ideas. What I dislike about it, is although social media can be rewarding and motivating, the changes in the algorithm can sometimes become stressful and off putting. Videos which generate a lot of hate can also have an effect of my emotional state however I am a dork believe that haters are just people that are jealous of you!
Q: What is your favorite platform to use and why?
My favorite platform would be TikTok. This would be due to the fact that videos are extremely easy to create on there. There is not much stress on having to look ‘ perfect ‘ on a video. I feel as if on TikTok you can be your true authentic self, instagram is more of a portfolio. TikTok also has a lot less haters and more supportive audiences. The algorithm and reach to an audience is also a lot better than other platforms
Q: If you could work with any fashion company, what company would it be?
I would like to work with more high end companies. I would not say I have a particular company or have had one on my mind.
Would you like to be featured?
Q: How would you describe your style in three ways?
1. Bipolar - my style changes a lot depending on what kind of aesthetic I want to go for that day!
2. Oversized - a lot of trousers I wear tend to be oversized. I prefer these a lot more over tight trousers
3. Bright - I like to wear outfits that stand out when I am in a crowd of people. I like to feel that I am dressed different from the people around me.
Q: Where would you like to take your career?
I would like to further my career by getting to do more commercial modeling, becoming the face of brands and taking part in campaigns. In terms of my clothing design career I would like to elevate my brand a lot more. I would like to have my brand as big as brands such as Asos, Boohoo, PLT etc. I would also like to further my career by getting more into designing gowns and red carpet dressed.
Q: Is there anything in your life that you feel you need to do?
Most definitely move out of the UK. I need to move to a country with a lot more opportunities.
Q: What would you say is one of your strengths and one of your weaknesses?
My strength would be creativity. I am capable of coming up with so many content ideas but when it comes to executing it I can become very picky and self criticize, ending up not posting my content because I feel it is not good enough.
Q: What is something you wish somebody knew about you?
How hard I have been working to get to where I am now. People have the misconception that it is not hard work to be a content creator or influencer, but it takes years to really get to the level you want to get too. I am no where near that level, yet.
Q: How did you get into being a digital creator?
Since a little girl, I have always enjoyed taking photos and posing and creating videos. I have videos of me when I was five talking to my ‘ audience ‘ making ‘ youtube ‘ type videos. At first, I always worked towards being a model. Because of that, it pushed more towards becoming a content creator!
Q: Where do you see yourself in five years?
A: I see myself having worked with a lot more brands, having a bigger audience and fan base, as well as furthering my clothing design career. I will need to work very hard, staying consistent and committed to content creation, with growing my personal brand ( Magda.mysz )
